This course supports international standards of training in Bridge Team Management with guidance from IMO Model Course 1.22 and STCW 2010, including Voyage planning, Principles of BTM including Communication, Leadership, Decision making, Error Chain and Handling of emergencies, Ship Handling including Anchoring, Berthing, Navigation in congested waters, thru Simulated Exercises.
