Leadership Management
Objective: This course is intended to provide seafarers with the knowledge, skill and understanding of leadership and teamwork at the operational level on board a ship, with specific focus on controlling the operation of the ship and care for persons on board.
Subject Areas:
This course is based on the Guidelines given in the Sections A-II/2, A-III/2 of the STCW Code and IMO model 1.39 and 1.40.
